FEAR OF THE UNKNOWN

The end of a thing is better than the beginning and the effort we put into a project determines the success thereof. There are many choices we make but one right choice.  We determine who we are by what we do and life is not  bed of roses. The wrong decisions we make in our down-town draw us back negatively, that is why we are the product of our decisions. We need to be able to see and prepare for opportunities because opportunities spring up every second which some miss due to inability to identify when it comes beckons. Always have it at the back of your mind that whatever seed sown into today’s soil must surely be reaped tomorrow.

Fear is a dragon with a draconian regime.  It is a strong, uncontrollable, unpleasant emotion caused by actual or perceived danger or threat. Fear is the stumbling block to achieving a successful life. Fear of the unknown only catapults you into a dungeon of weariness and great burdens where you become a prisoner of depression and failure.

A fearful life is in great captivity. What is your fear threshold? What is holding you bound? What are you afraid of and afraid for?
There is the place of grace and another for obedience. Your level of obedience to instructions goes a long way to achieving your expected end, as this is due to the fact that your blessing is in your obedience. Enough of feeling sorry for every unpalatable circumstance!  Enough of letting fear of the unknown deprive you of the opportunity to take that leap of faith. The fear of the unknown breeds procrastination, insults, it makes servants ride on horses while princes walk. The phobia for the unknown only injures and makes you an empty barrel in captivity. Take a step at a time!

For the deceiver and accuser of brethren not to use his instrument of deceit-fear of the unknown to jeopardize your future, then, we must obey the voice of the master that is saying “come to me, all of you who are weary [tired because of fear] and carry heavy burdens, I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you to overcome fear, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your soul.

Learn to listen to the giant within; a giant in you that awaits manifestation of your potentials. Pray and not be the prey. If Paul could encourage himself in the Lord during his trying moments then we are to do same.  Believe in your ability, believe in the one whose capacity surpasses your capability, the invisible and invincible that holds the universe in hand. Keep believing to knock out your fear. Keep hope alive for a better tomorrow!
